Maya Chen chatbot shell — durable refund after mid-flight kill. Causality lives in the conversation stream, not a dashboard.
Demo path: Send / tap “Refund order ORD-1842 once.” → Kill Function mid-tool (Settled stays 0) → Resume via wakeHandler (RESUMING → SETTLED, Settled becomes 1 once). Second resume cannot bump above 1.
